1. Information We Collect

1.1 Personal Data Collection

PhotoSlim does not collect any personal data, including but not limited to:

Name, email address, phone number
Device identifiers, IP addresses
Location information
Photo content or metadata

1.2 Photo Data Processing

📱 On-Device Processing

All photo analysis (including blur detection, closed-eye detection, and similar photo recognition) is performed locally on your device. Photos never leave your device.

🔒 Encrypted Storage

The private album feature uses AES-GCM encryption technology. Encryption keys are stored only on your device, and we have no access to them.

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

We may indirectly collect the following anonymous statistical information through Apple's App Store Connect services:

App crash reports (provided through Apple)
Performance metrics (such as launch time, response time)
Aggregate statistics on feature usage

This information cannot be used to identify you personally.

2. How We Use Information

Since we do not collect personal data, there is no use of personal data. All features of the app are executed locally for the purpose of:

Helping you manage and clean up your photo library
Identifying blurry, closed-eye, or similar photos
Compressing videos to save storage space
Providing encrypted protection for sensitive photos

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your data with any third parties.

Except in the following circumstances:

Legal Requirements: If required by law or in response to valid legal proceedings, we may be required to disclose information
Business Transfers: If our company undergoes a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, we will notify you in advance

Since we do not actually collect any personal data, the above situations almost never occur.

4. Data Security

🛡️ Technical Measures

All photo processing is done locally on the device, without network transmission
Private albums use AES-256-GCM encryption standard
Support for Face ID/Touch ID biometric authentication
The app does not contain any network request functionality (except for App Store subscription verification)

4.1 Subscription Verification

The app needs to verify your subscription status through Apple's StoreKit framework. This process is handled by Apple, and we are not involved in data transmission.

5. Children's Privacy

PhotoSlim is suitable for users of all ages, including children under 13.

Since we do not collect any personal data, we:

Do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13
Do not push advertisements to children
Do not use children's data for any commercial purposes

6. Privacy Policy Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and the privacy policy link will be updated in the App Store.

For significant changes, we will notify you through in-app notifications or email (if you have provided one).
